What's Included With Personal Training?
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to starting with me—everyone’s different! Maybe you want to lose weight, get stronger, or run faster—whether it’s a 5K, 10K, a marathon, or even more. Don’t wait to start personal training just because you think you’re too old or not fit enough. I’ve helped hundreds of people with all kinds of challenges they thought would stop them from training in a gym. REAL WORLD FITNESS is the perfect place to begin—everyone’s friendly and supportive, and it’s way less intimidating than other gyms.
1-2-1 Sessions: I’ll show you how to do each exercise properly and how to use the equipment. Plus, I’ll teach you all about training so you can steadily work towards your goals.
Full Workout Plan: You’ll get a personalized training program tailored just for you. Every client gets a unique plan—no cookie-cutter programs here! You’ll know exactly what you’ll be doing before your sessions with me and when you’re training solo. I’ll make sure you learn how to lift safely and effectively, and I’ll tweak your program as needed.
Support 7 Days a Week: You can reach out to me anytime for support or questions. If you join the gym, you’ll often see me around and can chat in person.
Access to my Training App: You’ll get access to my app where you can track everything about your training, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Help with your Nutrition: If you want, I’ll set nutrition goals for you that you can track in the app. Nutrition is often where people struggle most, so if that’s you, I’m here to help.
Daily Lifestyle Habits Targets: We’ll set lifestyle goals to track in your app—things like how much sleep you get, how much water you drink, or how many steps you take. What you do outside the gym is just as important as your workouts.
Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Check-Ins: These happen right in the app and give you a chance to update me on how you’re doing and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll always respond and help find solutions—you’re never on your own outside of sessions. During weekly check-ins, we’ll review everything related to your training and lifestyle. Personal training is about more than just the workouts.
